There are lots of sites with "healthy" recipes but you'd have to search through lots of recipes to find some with enough protein. All our recipes have a minimum of 20% of its calories from protein regardless of dietary requirements.

"Dynamic" Recipes

You can scale the number of servings on every recipe... but that's not all! If it makes sense for the recipe (which it does for most of them), the "calories per serving" can also be adjusted! Found a 300 calorie recipe but you need 500? Just change the required calories! Need 500 calories and your roommate needs 400? Just scale it to 1 serving of 900 calories and divide it accordingly after cooking!

Instead of a static and limited cookbook, our super cheap subscription gets you unlimited access to all dynamic recipes. And... you can still download them all to PDF!

Commitment to Nutritional Accuracy

We're committed to accuracy so that our users can trust our recipes without guesswork. That means giving you actual ingredient masses to work with. For example, we say things like "250 g/8.8 oz potato" instead of "1 medium potato"... because what does that actually mean?! This avoids the risk of you using a full 400 g potato instead of 250 g and consuming an extra 115.5 calories!

Workout Plans - Coming Soon

Our first workout plans will be on the site before the end of May 2025. Our first priority was recipes as that applies to everyone.

Workout plans will be based on actual scientific literature. Splits and exercise sequencing will be explained with actual evidence to back it up.

We aim to provide plans that everyone can integrate with their lives according to the time they have and the level they're at. We'll also give you periodization and intelligent alternation of exercises in a way that makes sense for actual progress.
